would it be difficult for someone who doesnt know anything about electrical work to attach a corded plug to the live end connector?

can someone tell me how to remove it once it's installed....a reverse of 0:13 ... I have a outlet extension cord for my track lighting and need to replace it and can't get it off the track

Why are the wires allowed to be soo short? Nec says 6" from point of entry, why does that not apply here?

Instructions say L or live (copper colored acres) is where the groove is on the track. That is not what you are doing in this video. Which is correct?
