Hackerrank C++ Algorithms: Staircase (warmup solution)

HackerRank C++ solution for the Algorithms challenge called Staircase. Here, we use the setw() function from the iomanip library to set the width of our output fields, and then we align our text to the right, before calling a string constructor to display a specific character a fixed amount of time.
