Yep, a combination of several for me too, and I now have an assessment report to support that. My parents both had what we used to call "issues, " and the great frustration for me has been that my traits are a blend of theirs, but don't aggregate cleanly into my own diagnosed trait groups. I think the short answer is probably DNA variations -- my mother's dysautonomia combined with my father's likely AuDHD made me a different type of AuDHDer than my father. But I suspect it's way more complicated than the dominant-recessive gene stuff I learned in school to account for hair and eye color.
