2007 S2000 Noise while coasting and under light throttle

Having a strange noise coming from what seems to be the transmission. It can be heard under light acceleration (5-10%) and while coasting (in gear but no acceleration). Trying to diagnose so I can repair it.

I think this is from having a non oem clutch fitted. Apparently S2000s are only really happy with oem, and even then it can still happen... I have in mine also.

oem clutch here, i dont think it makes a difference what clutch you have fitted. you're probs gonna hear clutch buzz regardless

This is normal bro. I have stage 2 competition clutch for my 02 s2k and the noise never went away after the 800 mile break in it told me to do in the paper that was in the box. I beat it everyday and its just fine. Just have to get used to this annoying sound if you want to use a aftermarket clutch

I didn't have this noise with my oem clutch. Only until I went turbo and aftermarket did I get this annoying sound.

So this is normal I just had my transmission swap and clutch kit replaced with oem did you ever found out what it was is it just the new clutch getting break in?
