An idea whose time has come. TALENT is encouraged to request that their union (SAG/AFTRA; AFM &AGMA; or equivalent) create a department for all complaints of harassment & sexual abuse (in addition to the law). The union should step in to protect its members against any abuse & demand education at the workplace of the guilty. Artists/Talent must feel safe where they work.

Nothing changes without action! Nothing will change unless you've had enough. Organize or delegate by giving someone else the authority to act on your behalf, you remain anonymous. They do all the research, get signatures of union members, etc., then they move forward with other rep's of other talent and they collaborate together and do the hard work. You get to do what you love, work, play, etc. You didn't get here without having an amazing brain, it's time to use it for a very good and lasting cause.

They meet, plan agenda, hammer down! They get to a point of meet & greet delegations from: government, industry movers and shakers, etc... That's how you get started, but if all you can do is talk n' walk (away), expect the status quo to continue.
