1 Trait That Separate Successful Restaurant Owners & Entrepreneurs From Everybody Else

Ever wondered what is that characteristic or trait of successful restaurant owners or entrepreneurs?

I had a chat with a good friend, who is a wildly successful entrepreneur on what exactly is that differentiation between 7 & 8 figure business owners and the rest of the people...who are stuck in their 9 - 5 dead end job or those stuck making 5 figures only.

Both of us came to a conclusion it is on the ability to visualize. This KEY trait has helped in getting past that FEAR that so many people have when starting out. The fear of uncertainty. The fear of the unknown. The fear of failure. All these things end up suffocating us to the point where we choose to stay at our 9 - 5 and choose to not pursue our dreams.

It is also the KEY trait that helps us navigate the uncertainty and turbulent journey of starting and running a business. Because when you're able to visualize a few steps ahead, you then have a tiny bit more clarity on where to row your boat. To row it to the destination you first set out at the very beginning. This has helped me in my business from being adrift, lost, stuck, and stagnant.

So if you're a restaurant owner, small business owner, restaurateur, budding entrepreneur, keep on watching!

You have people who are either analytical or strategic or both. People who can visualize are usually strategic because they see the end result of where they want to be. On the other hand, people who focus so much on the day to day functions (analytical) dont see the overall end result because their end result is how much money I made today or each day. Great video my favorite business mentor! Have a great weekend! ❤

Excellent video Wilson. It's so true, and more people need to hear it. We are not taught to visualize in life, we are taught to play a role. Sadly, that stops so many people from taking a shot at their dreams. I love that you put it out there in such a clear, concise video. Thumbs up.

Fear will cripple the efforts of even the most gifted visualizers amongst us. When we concentrate on the goals we set, and take action toward achieving them, some progress may be made. Yet underlying concerns and fears must be put to rest before one can accelerate the efforts that will ensure success. Information can dispel fear. One who can visualize, without the courage of his convictions, will not go forward to success. When we inform ourselves sufficiently to stay out of our own way...then our abilities to visualize can blossom into reality. My former business was visualized to be one of several units. While successful in one, I did not have the inner conviction of my abilities to move up. No longer in my own way, I now work toward bringing my next visualization into reality...starting with one Cafe unit...and continuing to five. Well informed. Without fear.

Hi Wilson! Following you on the fb group page as well. This video and your message couldn't have come at a better timing. My parents own a restaurant for about 2 years now and they've been encouraging me to join in and help run it. I am working as a nurse, and honestly you are right, as much as i would love to pursue our family business i am scared to leave my job since it offers stability especially during these times. I am stuck and in between.
