guys I DID IT AT FKIN LAST. enable the disable fullscreen in compibility . thats all it needed for me after much yt guides and reddit forums search that ended up with no resualts .

Doesn't work since yesterdays patch the removed dx9 support now the game doesn't work thanks riot smh
