Yes! Uruk Hai scouts are a video I've been waiting for. Getting the skin tone right is really tricky, its easy for them to look almost cartoonishly red whilst the movie Uruks are actually quite dark, and the various leathers is also a difficult look to pull off balancing between grittiness and making the model not too dark.

These speedpaint videos are freaking awesome. Keep it up. Love using these paints and it's great with that pre-shade.

Your videos have always been excellent in terms of communicating techniques and colour choices, but it's great to see you adding in more and more of your sense of humour too!

The Scale75 paints are my favourites by far! And that paints combined with your stunning tutorial are a good manner to finish an entire Isengard army.

I really enjoy how well edited these are - Quick but informative! I was just thinking how much I'd love to see a video on Moria goblin/cave troll video and it turns out they already exist! I'm properly happy :)

I have used seprate brushes for metallics for years. I dipped the tip of the handle in some gold or silver paint so they are easily identifiable as metallic brushes.

I have to admit. I love all three techniques. My Scout box just arrived so will be using the last two. Tho will try my contrast paints for one of the models. I really appreciate your painting videos tho man! Thanks 🙏

One for the idea's list maybe, and keeping with the skin theme, maybe different types of Orc skin? Some (e.g. Gothmog, snaga) are quite pale, some (e.g. Sharku) are more tanned, some green (e.g. Goblins though you've done those), and others almost reddish (e.g. Grishnakh). I remember one in particular from ROTK being reminiscent of Star War's Darth Maul! Also, giving orcs different skin tones can be a good way to break up an orc horde where you are likely to have multiple models in the same pose.

Great video again, bubba. AP shades might be the best product they make. I'm a AP Purple Tone devotee!

Fantastic video as always. Are you going to review the new Vallejo xpress colors when they come out? I’d be really interested to hear your opinion on them and see how you incorporate them into your techniques!

What would you recommend when you want to replicate something similar or a reasonable level when it comes to GW paints with their flesh tones? I can’t seem to find the right guide for me but I’d love to see your perspective!
