Fubara should keep fighting this course, It's sad that Tinubu who fought for democracy is allowing all this rubbish to happen under his watch. I remember During the days of Obasanjo and the Tinubu himself when he was Lagos state governor. He didn't get money from Federal government and today they told us he built lagos. Fubara should also stop paying revenue to FG and start using the money to develop his state. Simple as ABC

CBN is asked by court to stop funds of those who are providing funds for all of us. Wike and Tinubu will soon end democracy in Nigeria.

We Nigerians understand the situation here; just look at our country's history. Whatever the federal government decides becomes law, and that’s what gets implemented. People often say the citizens are to blame for Nigeria's issues, pointing out how some ignore the law. Even the power minister blames bandits for the frequent blackouts. But what is the government’s role if not to maintain order and protect the nation?

In my travels, I’ve seen that every country has citizens who try to break the law. It’s the government's duty to enforce rules and provide stability. This is why I don’t fully blame our governors—they often lack the resources, plans, or knowledge to make real change. When they’re put in office without proper guidance, they sometimes misuse their power, not always knowing what to do.

But wait oo, is sentiment/emotions and law now the same thing??

Most of the comments I'm reading here are just based on sentiments.

Why are people casting aspersions on the judges because they did not judge to favour the governor for matters that are very clear before the law court??

Abeg we should grow beyond sentiments and allow the law to prevail because that is the only way we can move forward.

The governor had an opportunity for out of court settlement but the wicked people following him advised him wrongly because of what they want to get from him for being a novice in the political terrain.

Now people are saying judges are against the governor or Rivers state growth. How please??

Yes, humanly speaking, it's not good that the court stopped the allocation to Rivers state but is it good that the governor is spending money without duly being appropriated by the recognised house of assembly by the court??

And so far, apart from the exparte orders got by the Rivers state govt from the state high court, the judgements and rulings from the court have been in favour of Amaewhule and his colleagues. That's to tell you that, the way law sees things are different from mere human eyes and sentiments. The facts are just clear jareehh!

Please, I ask again, what is the position of the law with regards to budget and appropriation before we use sentiment to blame the court for no reason??

All wike is just doing is to unrest Fubara's govt so he doesn't expose him by over performing him with less spending.
