Webflow forms to Airtable record workflow (without Zapier or Make)

Thanks! Wondering if there is a way to use this system (webflow + webhooks + airtable) to have a user sign up / login and have its own dashboard with data. That data would be on a airtable that as a dev would edit with the data the user wants to know.
