Switzerland is hosting scores of world leaders to try to map out the first steps toward peace in Ukraine even though Russia, which launched the war, isn’t attending. The conference on Saturday and Sunday, underpinned by elements of a 10-point peace formula presented by Zelenskyy in late 2022, is seen as a largely symbolic effort on the part of Kyiv to rally the international community and project strength against Russian might. The peace summit comes hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin set conditions for peace talks to begin with Ukraine. Watch this video for all the details.

peace proposal by russia SHOULD be decided by the ukrainians and NOT by zelensky of nato countries leaders. it's the ukrainians who are dying and not zelensky or nato citizens.

Russia was coming in the begin with some 70'000 troops not to fight, but to demonstrate towards Kiew that they won't bear the bombing of russians any longer.
It was than, when Kiew started to attack theese troops and claimed russia of beeing at war, which in the beginning they did not intend.
