Amazing technique which I will be using later today once the selling hands over the contract rights. My only question that I have about this whole process, is how does my buyers agent that is representing me still get compensated once I assign the contract rights to another buyer?

For some reason this doesn’t work out well for me at all. I had a property under contract on Colorado Blvd ARV was 1, 000, 000 I wanted to make a big spread here so my formula was 1, 000, 000 x .7 = 700, 000 - 80, 000 (repairs) = 620, 000. 620, 000 - 40, 000 (wholesale fee)= 580, 000. and that’s exactly what i got it under contract for. I had such a hard time finding a cash buyer for my deal however. I did this exact method where you call the listing agent and they all gave me sh*t for it. I didn’t tell them how much i was gonna make, i just asked them if their investor was interested in another fix and flip opportunity and they either didn’t answer the phone at all, or just gave me the “yeah that wasnt a fix and flip, owner just did a simple remodel.” I then asked if they had other investors who would be interested in the deal and they told me No.
