How to Make a Borg, Steampunk Cyborg, Robot Costume

This video will show you how I made my Borg costume, which can easily be changed into a Steampunk/Cyborg Costume.
A list of just some of the materials I used for this costume:
Black Yoga mat
Black expandable garden hose
Black coaxial cable; various sizes
AV cable (red, yellow, white tips)
Football/Hockey padding, gear
Black spray paint
Circuit board pieces
Cord Control tubing
Plasma Lumen
Hot glue gun (variable temp setting)
Contact cement (and a respirator!)
Closed cell foam (for the helmet)
Perm rods (curlers)
Black, green and silver acrylic paint
