Nice fix.. Was also nice that you took us inside for a change..
I get back to messages for firewood with in an hour or less..
Since I do, this as a hobby (thats getting away from me) I schedule deliveries and so far thats been working out great

Newbie looking forward to your upcoming saw sharpening video. Liked your explaining the wood pile size differences, too, as some folks near me think 'full' is spelled 'face' and no one knows the difference.

You are right about getting back to the customer as soon as possible.
Not a bad repair on the splitter. I think if you get ahold of Andrew. He will send you a new handle for free. It should still be under warranty. I think we found the week spot on the Eastonmade splitters. LOL!!
Sounds like we will be moving snow around again tomorrow. Hopefully we don't get too much.

Keeping customers on an electronic mailing list is a great marketing tool. Insurance salesmen used to send Birthday cards to customers each year before electronic mail came in.

4 th July Greeting / Christmas Greeting / Birthday or end of year calendar might be a great way to keep customers loyal and in touch. Perhaps a contact each quarter. A customer you already have is far more valuable than one you have not met yet. [ You could even advertise your photography business on the same mail out }.

Nice to sell a lot of firewood in a day. Even nicer to have the inventory built up like you havve done in the slower times. Like you said, gotta have dry wood and respond fast to have repeat customers. Serve the customers well and they will come back.

I always comment too early and then I have to do it again. So.... whoa! Nice trophies and nice trophy room. Lots of big deer. I'll bet there are many great stories to go along with them.

Nice fix, I think Eastonmade needs to redesign or change that handle. I seen someone else recently had one break on their Ultra. I'm considering buying a truckload and seeing how profitable it is for doing my bundles.

Chris it is funny the areas we sell in you sell to mostly people burning fireplace's in my area in Vermont we sell 200 to 300 cord cords a year 4x4x8 cords and it goes to people for heating there homes we never sell to people for a fireplaces
