The guy that they interviewed was stoned out of his brain too! Nothing better to do than hang out on the street.
Maybe do something productive like help at a food bank or homeless shelter.

Floyd set dangerous precedence, like a dog whose bad behavior is rewarded or mildly ignored you're teaching those people that they can get away with this, I personally don't care, I'm only a patron at businesses that have a parking lot, places that own land so as not to inconvenience persons with dangerous areas like parking ramps, let them shut it all down the whole city can be a ghetto for those people, but they need to go back to what worked, we didn't have any of these problems from those people, police did their job with less than lethal means, they used dogs, fire hoses and occasionally a live round, but it worked. We only saw this bullshit in Compton and Watts and even there shortly after police intervened the situation was under control
