I bought a sofa sleeper at Ashley. The bar that sits across the bed is so uncomfortable I don't use it any more.

Hey! What is the actual seating depth when you take off the lumbar pillows and just measure from the back pillow? There is no way it's 23" like it says in the website. I've asked so many people at west elm for help but they all give me the same answer! Any support is so so appreciated ❤ ps this my husbands YouTube account lol

The seating looks sunken. I purchased a chair from there years ago and it sunk after a year it was expensive.
