That 'brand new' background is actually achievable when you turn on all the TVs in your garage. The problem is it's a disappointment, WG kept hyping it up to be something bigger (WG, I gotta tell you, it's *legit* the worst way of hyping something up) and when it was announced that the TV is just a everyone was and still being angry about this. The background honestly looks ugly to me, it's like WG ran out of ideas and decided to stuff everything into a background. And to make the matter worse, collecting remote controls for a DAMN background is practically worthless because WG had given away a background before ( it's the Blasteroid crate).
