1/2 cup long-grain rice
1 1/2 cups water
small cinnamon stick
13.5 oz can of coconut milk
7.4 oz can of sweetened condensed coconut milk

I made this and it was DELICIOUS! It's perfect because my husband can't have dairy, adding coconut milk and coconut condensed milk makes it so that horchata is back in my life!!!! YAY!!!! I have a Tortilleria near my house that sells those beautiful cinnamon sticks which makes the drink bomb! My one issue though, mine comes out too grainy, perhaps I need a more powerful blender. Nonetheless, it was so
