The CD2 quickly surpassed the CD in popularity. It offers you a humongous amount of control, along with sneaky distance for a disc with only a speed rating of 9. The CD2 is suitable to be the all-around general use driver for a range of skill levels, and by firing it at different launch angles you can get various flight patterns out of it.

If you want to dance your way into the middle of the fairway, put on the CD2 and jump to it!

Good for: Controlled drives, straight shots, turnovers, maximum distance drives, for all skill levels.

Still haven't got my hands on one of these sweet molds but based on the speed and flights you've shown, I'd probably bag one or two. All I do know is that I've seen one of the locals throw a D.V. signature swirly CD2 and it did everything I ever wanted from a controllable distance shot. Truly the "year of the shield" with some of these gorgeous special editions. Thank you, Tanner, sir. The CDs needed some new review love and you nailed it, sir, Respect.

Recently lost my last CD2. Irreplaceable disk. Took a stroke on the field at a big tourney at a 130m straight forest tunnel. Scouted some new ones second hand - this sport is getting expensive.
