Yours is the only video that has helped me change the code on this lock that came with house I bought nine months ago. I almost gave up hope on being able to fix it. THANK YOU!!!

Thanks! None of the other videos show that you need to push the top button after your code to unlock. Maybe it’s assumed that is understood, but it’s really not, if this is your first keyless entry install. When I had a code to enter my work building, it was just my 4 digit code and that was it. Thanks again!

Ok so I can open the door with the code, but how do I lock it without the key? Can it lock without the key?

This piece of junk will not program. I’ve followed the directions carefully many times now. It does NOT WORK. I’ve lost my receipt, so I guess I’m out 80.0” bucks for a door lock that is only going to keep people ou because you are standing there trying to program the junk for hours!!!! Next time, I’ll be sure to buy something that has a phone number for customer service rather than an email that you don’t get a response from! Nothing like like trying to protect yourself from getting ripped off and being ripped off by the lock makers!
