I remember the time when I was doing Graduation from North Bengal University. The year was 2001. I was giving my first year exams final. The paper was political science and I scored 30 out of 100.

Surprisingly I attempted only one question which was for 20 marks only. I still remember that question. "What are the Powers and Functions of the Prime Minister of India?" I attempted that as I did not study well. I was really surprised. Moreover I noticed that the marks were always given on whims and fancy of the one who checks the paper.

Ye education scam India main bahut pehle se hi chalta aaya hain na keval NEET exam main par baaki exams main bhi. Ab bas cheeze bahar ubalkar aa rahi hain kyunki social media hain. Mere time pe bhi aisa hi kuch hua tha lekin hum logo ko dhamki dekar chup karaya gaya.

I don't understand one simple thing, if Paper was distributed late by few minutes in few center why, not provide extra lost minutes than itself, what's stopping them.
Also all exams should be computerized in this way there won't be any time issue.
