how to replace LCD in Panasonic projector pt-ae4000

I just bought a Panasonic 8000 that was said to be good, it zooms fine but focus does not adjust, you can hear it trying to focus, but nothing happening when you press buttons ….can I remedy this myself? Would changing the bulb help? It’s like it’s stuck in one focus position, Help please. Not sure who to turn to. 😢

I have ae4000 and it has issues focusing. How can I loosen the lens part to remove the stop screws?

I am having the same issue, just green. Changed the bulb, and it’s still green.

When I replaced i got patches on top and bottom, why it was coming like that

It's a common issue for this projector? Why it happens? Not enough clean the ribbon cable? Lcd block is expensive and difficult to find Thank you
