Most of the purest air cooled guys are gone from my experience. With outlaw Porsche’s of all types becoming more mainstream, I think people have opened their minds up more to modifying Porsche’s to the owners taste. Most of the people I run into at PCA meets enjoy my car and give me props for modding my 911 the way I like because it’s different and unique but I’ve met a few who think I’ve ruined the car. At the end of the day, it’s your car, do what you want with it.

From a different video, someone affiliated with RWB has said that some of those Porsches were on the brink of death. Damn near about to be sent to the scrapyard. And some others were just complete barnfinds that have been sitting for years upon years. So it's not like a showroom floor Porsche in pristine condition that sells for a lot at auctions are used. I bet a few showroom cars were used but I think the majority of RWB cars were once Porsches in really bad conditions.
