You know what the best thing is? This little test shows that NONE of these amp-guitar set-ups sounds best, nor worst. They just sound different! And that's a beautiful thing!

The Vox really makes the Strat sing. What a great combo. The other combinations all sounded great, but that was my favorite. Les Paul/Bandmaster, and Tele/Vox sounded killer, too.

Fellow lefty here....GREAT tone, GREAT playing....the Vox DEF sounds the best!!

Hard to compare. Starts off playing Hey Joe on the neck pickup on the Marshall and the Fender then to the bridge and middle pickups as soon as he plays through the Vox. He later plays on the neck pup on the Vox, but has the gain cranked. Like some one else said on this post. They're all great amps and all have their place.

They all sound great. Always a luxury to have so many classical original amps in a studio.

The tele had the best country tone with the AC30. The Bluesbreaker sounded best with everything else.

05:46 Tele through the AC30 wins my ears here. Couldn't stand that Strat into Bandmaster, I kept tapping my foot on the floor wishing there was a boost pedal somewhere :-)

Tele into Vox at 5:47 is really a great sound I look for *-* hahaha! I also think that Fender amp sounds good with Fender guitars, of course! Great comparison video!

It's incredible that Marshall and Fender are more similar than the Vox. Both are more scooped

Marshall just sounds better than the other 2 but I own all . They all have their place an when to use them.

I have a 1965 Bandmaster and it remains very very clean even at almost full volume. Great pedal platform!
