Great video Ewan! If I can give you one tip, it would be that you need to make sure that you are perpendicular to the net.
So, face more to the cage, and get your left shoulder pointing to the net, you’ll see that will help you strike way harder as you can engage your core more.

What you’re doing is facing the net with your whole body which reduces the power you can generate.

Good luck mate! Great job 👏 love the videos

Wow great job Ewan, you really helped Ethan. At this rate he might be ready for the level 4+ mix in soon!

How much does the racket have influence on power in this shot?

That last shot! 🤣 Ewan's smash isn't that bad it's just that Ethan is smashing with a shorter angle to the glass cause he hits with the same power

Hi man, you dont put your racket close to your back enough and lose some momentum cause of that, the movement range is too short. You could make bigger loop, tennis serve style and get much more power, the guy in grey tshirt puts the racket on his back much deeper so he has bigger swing and harder smash.

kyle smash is like one single movement, you kinda cut it in half just saying. Thanks for the video (y)
