The stocks markets are going up because there was NO announcement of a tapering timetable and because there was more clarity that interest rates will not rise until after tapering has finished.

I believe we are near to a commodities based melt up phase, due to the deteriorating dollar perception, in relation to commodities rather than other currencies. The Fed's "tool box" is out of the tools needed to keep the symptoms of the problems in check.
