One thing that helped me..was oiling my scalp with rosemary
Of course vitamins, a healthy diet, drinking lots of water, and hair care!
But treating the scalp is when I started seeing a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!
When I washed my hair once a week my scalp was soooo unhealthy my hair was falling out!!! And if I washed every other day my scalp would become really dry…so I wash my hair every 3rd day and now I hardly lose any hair

Thank you for posting this. I’ve been looking at ways to regrow my hair as well.

I love the hair! I recently went to the dark side as well because I couldn’t bleach my hair anymore. I really love it so far but my problem is I have a lot of grey hairs which will be sprouting soon and it’s soooo obvious with dark hair 🥲 I am a beauty enthusiast and right now my addiction is with hair products…I just bought the super milk from lush and I really like how smooth it makes my hair but the smell may be too strong for most people.

As a blonde that loves blonde on everyone, you look classy with the brunette! It’s the definition of “expensive brunette”

Would you be willing to do a video on nutrition and mood disorders and what you have changed to feel better? Would be so helpful!! Thank you!

Vitamins are helping me with hair loss

Also switch up your probiotic. Heard a functional medicine Dr say this and I was like …duh this makes so much sense. Different strains etc to give you better coverage. When you finish a bottle just pick a different one.

Dealing with hair loss since 2019. It’s been so rough emotionally honestly, trying to fix it, to solve it, get to the root of the issue, and then manage it and feel pretty in the meantime, is such a roller coaster and so hard.

Covid balded me too 😭😭😭😩 my hair is already thin so yeah. That’s been fun. I went dark too and have really been trying to love it back to life with vitamins and products.

I know you probably don't want suggestions, but I've dealt with stress induced hair loss for a long time that showed up as a receding hairline and is now actual bald spots about the size of a dime. Collagen has helped, but the real difference I am seeing is from a brand called Surface. You can get it at salons, online directly, or if you are a licensed prof. your local beauty supply (ie:: State). The specific line is Awaken (shampoo, conditioner, elixir, and treatment) and not only does it work on the actual hair strand itself, but more importantly it treats the scalp and keeps the follicle in the anagen phase (growth) longer. Wonderful stuff. And most importantly, it actually works.

Could you do a video on your findings in relation to nutrition and mood disorders, that sounds very interesting.

ok, this is going to sound crazy, but there is some science behind it. my hair was falling out for a while, and i ended up taking allergy meds (zyrtec), and it stopped. had to get off of it for an allergy test, and it started falling out again. got back on, and it regulated. i hope this can help someone out there. let me know in a few weeks if it worked for you, too. i’m curious.

I use Kerastase for colored hair and I love it. I try to wash my hair twice a week. I’ve been dealing with losing my hair for over 10 years. Around 40 years old I noticed a big difference in the hair in the shower drain. Ugh! It’s depressing but I am thankful for my health though.

I will suggest investment in a good quality filter for your shower, the water we have it is soooo hard and full of chemicals and harsh ingredients, I started using a shower filter and I noticed a difference in my hair and my skin all over the body. The brand I use is called Sante.

Your hair looks beautiful here! I'm so jealous lol. I'm addicted to trying new hair products. I have struggled with hair loss for the past 7 years. After trying everything under the sun I do think that 99% of the time the issue is internal and no shampoo or hair treatment is going to help unless the main issue is fixed. Finding the issue can be near impossible. I went to my doctor multiple times, I went to a specialist. They did blood work and always told me my numbers were within normal ranges but that my iron was somewhat low. That I should consider taking iron. No one ever told me that my iron level was so low that I HAD to take iron. I found out my own blood numbers and researched myself and found that if I was in the US I would have needed a blood transfusion! I started iron and within 3 months my hair loss stopped for the first time in years. Sometimes we have to do our own research and not rely on our doctor for what could be wrong. Also....if you had covid 3-4 months before your hair loss started it could totally be that. People that have had covid can lose up to half of their hair. I'm terrified because I had it a few months ago and feel like a ticking time bomb waiting to see if mine will start shedding. Hair loss starts months after a trauma or sickness so often people don't tie the two together. Hair has a delayed reaction. Try to hang in there.

Hello. My experience with washing one time a week has never been a good one, my hair falls in chunks. What I find works great for me is to wash my scalp with water down shampoo in a squirt bottle. Rinse and condition. I do that twice a week. Ones evey other week I do a regular shampoo.
