Why would you use a limiter barely attenuating the mix vs. bouncing/printing a mix with normalize turned on?

Thanks for the advice, I face this problem all the time with my tracks. I do have a question though. On some of the beats that I work on, I use a lot of loops and when I'm exporting the final draft of a project there would be some electronic noise that comes up through random parts of the track. I would go back to see all the arrangements I had for the song and most of the time I don't hear it or see it. Is there a way to find the electronic noise and get rid of it, or make it so it's not as noticeable? Thank you for your time and thanks again for this quiet mix tip.
