Ce fameux Gâteau Cake avec 1oeuf et 2 Bananes, tout ce fait dans la poêle. Parfait pour un petit déjeuner ou pour un goûter facile et très rapide à faire en quelques minutes !! Les ingrédients

1 œuf
2 Bananes
150ml de lait
80g de sucre
60ml d'huile végétale
Pincée de sel
Sucre vanillé 7g
Levure chimique 8g
La farine de blé tendre 150g
1grande càs de vinaigre

If you need the English version :
Put ~1 table spoon of sugar (white or brown if U can) and then cut the bananas (you can also use apple instead) in a pan
In a bowl add 1egg, a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of vanilla sugar (or 1 tea spoon vanilla extract) and then mix,
Add 150ml of milk then mix again
Add 60 ml of oil then mix
Add 150grams of flour with 8 grams of baking powder (sifted) and then mix it well
You can add 1 table spoon vinegar or lime juice so that your cake will be fluffier
Then pour the mix over the banana slowly so that it won't move the bits (so that they caramelize)
Put the pan on low heat for about 30 minutes with the lid on. Then, use a plate to turn the cake over, and let it on low heat for 3-4 minutes without the lid this time. Enjoy 🥰 and don't forget to check her other videos, many great recipes!
