FRC488 Improved Reload Time

Working with our practice robot, we were able to reduce the time between shots of our catapult to about half of what it was during regional competitions. We are excited about implementing this change for the 2012 FRC Championship.

We're making better use of the sensors that are already in place. There's a switch that checks for a ball before firing -- we're just watching it to find out when the ball leaves the catapult and lowering it right away rather than let it finish its stroke and then have to wait for it to stop oscillating.
