right after you get that lifestone shard, if you go to that tree opposite the demon growth, look to the right, there is a room with a chest in it. Once you get the mask of shadows, you can get higher, fight a few guardians, keep going up until you get the shard.

In Choking Grounds by your last collectible there is another chest beeing displayed after you got the life shard right next step up at the position underneath a yellow lamp on the ceiling
You missed that out? Don't know how to seize it

@xaviershark3 i finally got it ... there is only wrath or sumething unimportant like that. therefore you must walk left from the ruins, where you see the tree growing. so left to the ruins you can make your way directly under the floor and there you see the chest.

i went back after i beat the game and tried gettin the first one you showed but there are no tombstones

you are missing one chest and idk how to get it its in the room of 3:00

When I move the tombstone, there is nothing in the room.

it's not a collectible it's a souls chest and it's to the left around the broken wall.

i cant seem to get the other one where the red crystal was i got the wrath shard but not the life enhansment

i'm missing a chest (and you as well ;) ). probably it's invisible. map shows one on the same floor as the "ice" (about 2:59) when you walk up the ruins to the left of the "ice". don't now how to get it ...
