When screwing decking to joists/stringers, I start at one end and then move to the adjacent joist in order; this works out any possible bows in the deck boards. When you screw both ends first, the outside screws on both ends will not allow the bow (if there is one) to be eliminated.

those metal floor joists of the shed look to be the same as mine, and they're pretty thin gauge, which gives me the impression you're using lag bolts as sheet metal screws, albeit very large diameter ones. Point being is lag bolts are meant to go into solid material, so I wonder how long before yours start backing out or pull themselves out from the shed from all the flexing of the ramp?

This only works if your grade is level. My shed is along a slope so the joists will be different as the grade changes.
