Teacher Induction Program 2024-25

The Teacher Induction Program at Romasha International School commenced on 3rd May 2024 with an auspicious Puja Ceremony, marking the official inauguration of the event. Secretary Shri. Amit Pramod Kamat, Principal Smt. Meera Amit Kamat, Vice Principal Ms. Aditi Cherian and Teacher Coordinator Smt. Shamala Devi inaugurated the session with a traditional Lamp lighting ceremony. This symbolic act signified the illumination of knowledge and the beginning of a new journey for the teachers.

As a token of appreciation and to promote environmental consciousness, all teachers and staff of RIS were felicitated with a sapling, emphasizing the school's commitment to sustainability.

The dignitaries delivered speeches that not only welcomed the new teachers but also motivated and inspired the audience, setting the tone for the program ahead.

The program continued with the presentation of General Rules and Instructions for Teachers, ensuring clarity and alignment with the school's policies and expectations. This segment aimed to provide guidance and support to the new teachers as they navigate their roles within the institution.

Following the formalities, the teachers were taken on a School Tour, familiarizing them with the campus facilities, resources, and infrastructure.

To foster relaxation, refreshing activities were organized, allowing the teachers to unwind and bond with their colleagues outside of the formal setting.
