Just the video I was looking for. I unboxed my SFC30" and used it for the first time today. I have a flat portion of my yard and a hill in the back. On the flat, I would squeeze the drive cable and felt like I had to give the machine a push to engage the drive, which slowly ramped up to speed. I found when starting the hill, the drive was non existent and I could not vertically climb the hill, even the first five feet. I'm going to do the cable adjustment and see that works.

Thanks! I bought a 2022 model last May for my home. Fixed wheels. It's a great machine. But I have heard of dealers not fully setting them up correctly, I had to adjust my throttle cable to the carburetor in the first few days. The engine wouldn't shut off when I pulled the throttle closed. Cheers!

I assume it would be loosening and tightening the opposite nuts to make it go slower? Gonna try it out soon, mine almost runs away from me lol

Have you noticed that the transmission surges when you take off? I have a 2022 SFC30 and it surges when taking off from a standstill. Sometimes lifts the front wheels off the ground. Also hard to maintain a constant speed.

Any issues with the blade engage? Mower runs but blades don't turn on
