Hitchat is a Cape Town-based entertainment company that has partnered with MusicTime and Ayoba to help develop talents in emerging markets. Here, Hitchat introduces its third talent, Vocal Zoid. You may recognise this face from our Gqom and Amapiano dance videos on Hitchat Channel on Ayoba. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa and starting his musical journey in 2013, Vocal Zoid is a multi-genre collaborator with all kinds of music. Primarily, his style incorporates SA Gqom, Commercial House and Amapiano. Speaking and singing both in isiXhosa and English Vocal Zoid has a voice for everyone.
After attending one of our Hitchat auditions in Philippi Village, he was signed to Hitchat and has since then received training together with Hitchat’s music industry professionals, performed live at Hitchat events and reached millions of people.
