In his new Netflix documentary "Beckham," David reflects on the harrowing time in his marriage. “There was some horrible stories which were difficult to deal with. It was the first time that me and Victoria had been put under that kind of pressure in our marriage,” David said.

Even though this doc is about the Beckham, focusing more on David but... Victoria really stood up. She is the backbone in their marriage. Imagine having to handle all the logistic of moving from, not a diff house, but from country to country and taking care of your kids so that your husband can play football and be the best. On top of that, she had to deal with his affairs and hate from Spain + some of his fans. Wow. No wonder she always look stoic in the press. She is more vulnerable in this documentary.

For once I am glad she is being vulnerable in the public eye. It has made me like her a lot more because I normally see Victoria in public as someone who has a brand to sell (and is quite robotic).
