I've used the '111 online' questionnaire, and it returned with...,

...and which I would've done, but expected needing someone else - and their vehicle - to make the journey. So while this is a much more painful version of what I have an 8th April appointment for, I decided to not proceed and now continue to profoundly regret it, i.e. will try again tomorrow if it's not improving overnight.

*I know I could always have phoned the department and spoken to someone there, just that it's the A&E business end of the hospital and although I know staff will professionally prioritise as they see fit, this does yet seem like that sort of phone call there are separate services like 111 for..., it ought not be misused if e.g. it requires NHS login.
