The report was so they can have some kind of record against her when they get what they really want they can add this to it and it should make it look a little worse... It's really very Petty what they're doing and shame on husband for going along with it probably for money.

Grabbing a person's collar qualifies as at least a misdemeanor battery or assault. Whatever it's called.
I guess the victim has to press charges though, right?

So now that we have evidence that the head of the prosecutors office is a violent criminal herself it becomes clear why they are soft on crime.
