I’ll be honest, my first anime was Naruto, and only recently I finished with One Piece, took a month, and I prefer One Piece, sure, it takes time to get good, pick up and stuff, but One Piece has amazing world building, foreshadowing, story telling, and is just so fun to watch, can’t wait for final arc to start.

My Opnion
Protagionist - One Piece ( Luffy and Naruto both are goated but luffy is slightly better than Naruto, naruto can be annoying sometimes )
Deutragionist - Naruto ( Sasuke is better than zoro in terms of writing, backstory, character development, flash backs and Sasuke is better than written than zoro, personally I like Zoro more than Sasuke, but Sasuke is better )
Villains - Naruto ( Naruto Villains have great goals, all have development, have good writing, backstories of Villains are good too, overall antagionist goes to naruto )
Story - One Piece ( One piece gets story, I am not explaining about it, naruto story is also good most of people tell naruto has many plot holes and unexplained things but that's not true most of the plot holes are debunked or explained, some aren't explained like naruto failing exam 3 times but overall almost all plot holes are debunked, Naruto story has awesome backstroies, Twists, which makes storyline good but Op has a better story )
Plot - Both ( Naruto and One Piece both have good plot, almost all plot holes of naruto are debunked so Plot is Not bad because of plot holes, and plot twists make plot of naruto interesting and mysteries are good, Naruto has relevant and consistent plot points with good eg : Black Zetsu Manipulated naruto, he manipulated indra reincarnates but they were all failures, manipulated madara who manipulated obito who manipulated akatsuki including nagato, manipulated mist village, made Uchiha enemies of leaf, manipulated Sasuke into being enemy of leaf, fooled the entire world and even get rid of madara's spell , this shows all the plot points are well connected, relevant and consistent, so overall plot goes to both )
Side Characters - One Piece ( One piece side cast has more screen time, better writing and time than naruto side cast but naruto has a good side cast Like hashirama, tobirama, Minato, jiraiya, shisui, itachi, might guy, shikamaru, gaara, lady chiyo etc are good side characters but overall side cast goes to one piece)
Arcs - Both ( both have amazing arcs like naruto has great arcs like Pain assault, Fated battle between brothers, Tale of jiraiya the gallant, Akatsuki suppression, kakashi Gaiden, 5 kage summit, chunin exams, land of waves, Sasuke Retrieval and One piece also has great arcs like marineford, whole cake island, wano, dress Rosa, sabaody, alabasta, etc, so both gets arcs )
Fights - Naruto ( Naruto fights are better than op fights, because it has strategies, detail, planning and one piece fights are good but naruto fights are more enjoyable than one piece fights, so in my opinion naruto gets fights )
Backstories - Both ( Naruto has awesome backstories like naruto's backstory, itachi's backstory, sasuke's backstory, kakashi's backstory, obito's backstory, might guy's backstory, madara's backstory, pain's backstory etc and one piece too has awesome backstories like sanji's backstory, law's backstory and both are goated in this category )
Emotional - Naruto ( Naruto make me cry more than op, jiraiya's death, asuma's death, minato's goodbye to naruto etc are really very emotional and one piece also make me cry but not more than naruto )
plot twists - Naruto ( Naruto plot twists like itachi's Truth, 4th hokage is naruto's father, Tobi is obito are better plot twists than one piece's plot twists in my opinion)
