♫ Lyrics ♫
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their guns and their bombs.
With their tanks, with their bombs,
with their guns, with their bombs.

Another head hangs lowly,
Child is slowly taken.
And the violence caused such silence,
Who are we mistaken?

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

In your head, in your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie,
Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head,
In your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie?
Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, dou, dou, dou, dou, dou...

Another mother's breakin',
Heart is taking over.
When the vi'lence causes silence,
We must be mistaken.

It's the same old theme since nineteen-sixteen.
In your head, in your head they're still fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are dying...

In your head, in your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie,
Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head,
In your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie?
Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, oh, oh,
Oh, oh, oh, oh, hey, oh, ya, ya-a

In your head, in your head,
What's in your head, in your head,
Zombie

Missio is so underrated. His songs never fail to make me feel confident.

i don't think i've ever heard a cover of this song that i like as much as the original, until now. i love how they stayed true to their own style yet still did the song justice.

I need a version of "sweet dreams" like this!!!! T____T

I like this cover, the atmospheric floaty music just brings such meaning and focus towards the lyrics in my opinion, very intense and consuming. That, and it's combination with the last of us makes it so much more effective, I love it.

I feel like in the cranberries you can hear desperation in her voice and in this you hear the somberness of what the song is about

Its a shame that the singer of the cranberries had passed, but this is still great!

The beginning “Another head hangs lowly” gave me chills and a feeling I can’t describe. The way he sings it is just haunting man.

Im absolutely in love with this version. It has a softer tone than per-say the Bad Wolves cover of Zombie. Both are amazing but have completely different feels and I appreciate both of them, Missio did a very good job with this one .

I remember my parents listening to the original growing up and the song always gave me goosebumps. Now listening to Missio's version those goosebumps are back! Such a great cover!

Lovely rendition of this song. May she rest in peace, she was so young and shouldn't have died.

Having lived in Cushendun this song means so much I like it but the original is an anthem.
