Oh man, I love Bill Nye. He's in the room with Bob Ross and Lavar Burton and others as greats I met in childhood. There was something about how special it was for those adults to understand me and speak to my potential as a kid. I hope im like that for my niece, nephews and daughters. Much love and respect 🙏🏽🖤

I was watching Kate Snow on nightly news when she brought up Bill Nye look alike contest and immediately thought it would have been Anthony Perkins. Googled and saw it was Steve Martin.

Irrigation is what has kept us from a dust bowl far worse than in the 30s. And, we have no Henry Wallace to get us out of it. Now monocrops stretch as far as the eye can see, uninterrupted by wind rows...and many, if not most, of these monocrops feed animals so we can eat them, or some are processed into fuel with a net loss of energy. We're not farming, we're mining the soil. Without petrochemicals, farmers are clueless how to grow crops.
