ROYAL HAWAIIAN (can a gin tiki cocktail really work??)

The Royal Hawaiian was the signature cocktail at the well known Waikiki resort of the same name, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. It's a tiki-esque cocktail with the unusual inclusion of gin. First created in the 1920s and it was originally name Princess Kaiulani. It was in the 1950s when it was renamed to the hotel's namesake cocktail. The hotel has since changed it's signature cocktail to the better known Mai Tai.

INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Gin (1.5 oz)
- 22.5ml Orgeat (0.75 oz)
- 30ml Pineapple Juice (1 oz)
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice (0.5 oz)

METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with pineapple wedge and/or spears

Hi there, I wondering if you have any tips for preserving freshly squeezed lime juice or lemon juice when letting out in the open. Because I do know that if we make it ahead of time for too long, it will get the bitter taste to it.
