I've Built the BIGGEST Electric Scooter EVER!

The Impossible Electric Scooter
This is one of my favorite builds ever and I had an absolute blast riding it! Once you get this beast moving, it's tough to stop.
I used a motor and controller from an electric car, resulting in a powerful machine with a total weight of 310 kg (around 683 lbs). The scooter is designed to reach 100 km/h with the RPM limited to 950, although the motor has the potential to reach up to 1,600 RPM. I powered it with a 105ah 72V battery, which provides about 40 minutes of ride time under extreme conditions. I didn't start with a concrete plan so you'll see me making numerous adjustments and changes throughout the project.

Here are some cheap tools that I use daily in my workshop:

-Torx Screwdriver Set from T5 to T30
-Long Torx Screwdriver (use Torx t20 to remove the car exterior door handles almost all cars have this screw)

I must say, the quiet, tapping, cranking, and welding sounds as you built this scooter was a refreshing change to the 100s of thousands of videos that have music blasting the whole time.

I absolutely love this thing. The height of the frame box is a bit obtuse which causes weird balance, I'm sure but that's not a complaint, t's just an observation. One thing is that I think that you put the rear brake as a foot pedal in the middle of the frame box. I'd reconsider and just convert it to a right hand hydraulic brake like you have for the front brake controlled by the left hand. Causes your body to be contorted as you drive it because you need to keep your right foot sort of hovering over that pedal. But I'm sure you know all this already.

Got this on my recommended, i have seen shorts of this scooter before, i was beyond curious, and must i say my curiosity has been awnsered, this is brilliant, id love to build my own scooter some day, but i understand nothing of the sort, not the eletrical part or the build ing of it ahahha, anyways, this is beyond impressive, you should be super proud of your work and dedication to make this a reality

I think you installed the chain quick clip in the wrong direction. The open end should go the opposite direction of rotation, so it doesn't get snagged and pop off. 10:15 Looks like target fixation to me. lol

Man you need to think about making a street scooter. Much lower to the ground with slick tires.. I can only imagine that beast. Well done. BTW, if it was meant to deliver that pizza, why are you still rocking a backpack. That thing would be hot and toasty in a custom box. It's not like you don't have the room. lol.
