I followed your steps to the letter but it didn't work! The last Error box I got was: Cannot import C:\ Users\ Jimi\ Common Sand MS.reg: The specified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor!

How do I restore the default font please? I tried Restore Default Font Setting in Control Panel and DefaultFont.reg but did not work after I restarted my PC. :(

YOU CAN ONLY IMPORT BINARY REGISTRY FILES FROM WITHIN THE REGISTRY EDITOR is showing....

What should I do now..?

It doesn't work....when i try to open it by double clicking a box appears which says "cannot import. The specified file is not a registry script" and this says in every font and even i tried your font but doesn't resolve anything!
