The drain piping looks way too narrow, does this not block often?

How much would you trust the 10" adapter? I seem to have rough-ins anywhere between 11" and 11.75" (3 diff measurements from 3 different bathrooms .. because 1980's) and I just want to replace the toilets / not the whole bathroom (they were redone with new tile / radiant floor heating / etc--would suck to rip that out just for a toilet)

Given the nature of the flush, would the adapter hinder the flow too much?

"Toto TSU08W.10 SELLABLE AQUIA IV Rough-in 10", Unfinished" is what I'm looking at / considering, but given the angles involved it looks kinda sketchy / like it wouldn't possibly remove all solids?

Toto’s just overhyped in my opinion I’ll stick with the brand I’ve got kohler I like the Elliston model

The one and only Toto toilet, that I paid $700 for, which I purchased in March 2020, has been the worst toilet ever. After a few years, lime build up began at the bottom of the bowl. When I complained to Toto, expecting a replacement, they instructed me to use LimeAway, which did work. I have a Delta toilet in another bathroom for more than 10 years, paid less than $200 for it, and have never had an issue. Toto, for me, was not worth the money!!!
