The canned Hormel corned beef hash was my absolute favorite Saturday morning breakfast as a kid. I make hash from scratch now, but never thought of putting it in a burrito. Can't wait to use this to start my weekend.

I make this nearly exactly BUT I use cauliflower instead of potatoes, spam instead of corned beef, and carb free tortillas! Yummm my fav!!
