The Books of Consolation are like a Beacon of Light promising hope only when the Chosen People have to face trials, tribulations as a sign of Purification. In the midst of Darkness is the Hope of Restoration.
The Book has the ingredients of myrrh and Mercy.The Restoration was promised seventy years later for both Judah and Israel.
The storms of life assail us but we have to place our trust in God, who will lead us away.from the snares of Satan.
Jeremiah wore a yoke as an object lesson implying the need to discipline ourselves.
May the Holy Spirit continue to inspire and guide you Fr.Warner.
May God bless you and protect you always
May the Precious Blood flowing from the Sacred Wounds of Jesus cover you and protect you

Hello Fr. Warner it's wonderful listening to you everyday, but I must tell you that I am lagging behind and today I heard Ch 22 vs 22-30. Your appeal for prayers touched me. I listen to Fr. Michael's online retreat from Columbo everyday at 6.30am, and I often keep you and Fr. Michael in my prayers. Don't worry Fr. You'll be completely healed one day. JESUS will touch you and heal you. Dear Fr Warner, the book of Consolation comes like a beacon of light illuminating the darkness with God's words of hope & restoration to the exiles...but only after the purification period of 70 years. God also purifies us through suffering for our future well being. He loves us & wants to restore us too. Fr praying very much for you & verse 17 is a reminder that God will never leave you. He will calm the storms of your heart because He fulfills all His promises - every last word. For all the times you want to give up, remember us & how much we treasure your teaching. Loved the way God asks Jeremiah to journal all what he is hearing from God. So true most of the storms in our lives are created by us itself...especially taking decisions without consulting God and not searching for His will, in my case 💯. When God says ...For I am with you...its so soothing...and the hymn comes to my mind, The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never comes to an end❤. Vesrse 18 onward words of restoration❤.Father Warner...you are an extremely well learned Godly person. Still may i humbly put it...Eagle is the only bird to fly directly in to a storm. It allows the turbulance of the storm to push itself more higher...and all that effort makes it reach to an area which is smoother and can now relax and fly till the storm pass. Many of us are in a storm just like you . Lets all fly and reach above the turbulance by lifting our unceasing prayers up to Abba Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. 🙌🙌🙏❤

Self examination is so important as it helps us understand where we are not going as per God’s plan. We have a God who always has our back, all that we need to be is faithful, obedient and humble. Examination of conscience is so important and we have such a great experience of confession. To have a God who is constantly giving us chances to be a better person is such a blessing. Thank your Fr.
