As an inspiring self taught developer this video strikes me deeply because it shows me that the path that I'm choosing to educate me with, with craftmanship in mind over short term thinking, is the way to go. Excellent video as always! Loved the fact you had Bob! Awesome!! I may have to contrast your impressions and opinions in terms of the Agile process being broken. I think what’s really broken is the current level of people’s commitment to individually lead by example owning their tasks, communication, organizational, and comprehension skills. This is something you can’t automate, after all it is meant for human beings to manage the process along with everyone else within the development team. The system works, the problem is the pre Madonna attitudes and Egos getting fin the way. Great job with the video.

It’s funny because in 2022, so many companies still use waterfall and spreadsheets for roadmaps. They think agile is “too new and not for us”.
