American society squeezed by surging prices and the wind-down of pandemic financial support, it’s getting tougher to spend — even at discount retailers. What about helping U.S. citizens? The U.S. has limited resources and those resources are going to Ukraine (non-U.S. citizens). The U.S. taxpayers are not obligated to fund the Ukrainian government. Ukraine is 5, 687 mi from the U.S. and it is not a U.S. territory.

There is no easy answer to homelessness and poverty in America, if there was, we would have solved it DECADES ago.
And thinking that billions of dollars will magically make it all go away, think again.
Having the money is one thing, having actual solutions that work toward end goals is quite another.
