This is a really great cover! I am trying to get this sort of guitar tone and I'm almost there but i feel as though the stock pickups in my Ibanez might be lacking. I was considering the crunch labs but was wondering if the pickups are that important for this tone or whether it is something else. I use a pod hd500x also. I really appreciate any advice you could give me as your tesseract covers inspired me to get a seven string in the first place!
